It also underscores the need to study the issues involved in forming the museum collection and financing the future museum.

The group responsible for project implementation includes Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, and President of the Russian Geographical Society Sergei Shoigu.
