Buryatia to open the Russian Far East’s longest tourist path
The 21-kilometer-long Health Path route will open in an Ulan-Ude suburb on October 11, the regional Government’s Press Service reports.
Outdoor enthusiasts in Buryatia will have access to well-equipped paths posing challenges of varying degree from the family format and inclusive stretches for people with disabilities to an active tourist track.
The Health Path will be the first large-scale ramification of the Far East Paths federal project. For later, it is being planned to create a network of paths totaling 124 kilometers in length in nine regions of the Russian Far East.
