Families with a second child and subsequent children born between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2030 are entitled to a lump-sum payment, press service of the Primorye Territory’s Government reports.

Under a new law, families investing their entire maternity capital funds into housing hire purchase will be paid 1 million rubles upon the birth of a second child and 1.5 million rubles for a third child. Payments upon the birth of a fourth child and subsequent children will amount to as much as 75 percent of mortgage arrears but will not exceed 2 million rubles. 

According to the local Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Svetlana Krasitskaya, the law stipulates that the housing should be built under the state program intended to provide Primorye residents with affordable housing and high-quality utility services.
