The grant will be set at 500,000 rubles. According to a draft resolution, these funds can be used to purchase a land plot in the region for household farming, gardening, or individual housing construction.

Previously, the maximum compensation available for this category of citizens amounted to 340,000 rubles.

If the proposal passes public consultations and the resolution is adopted, the new support measure will take effect in September 2025.
