Since early 2025, 1,020 land plots were allotted in the Amur Region under the Far Eastern Hectare program, as per the press service of the regional government.

“The program facilitates the development of infrastructure. We can see that people are actively using these land plots to improve their living standards, to create new jobs in their residential areas, while expanding and conceiving new projects,” Minister of Property Relations of the Amur Region, Oleg Oliferov, noted.

Since the program’s inception, Amur Region residents have received 12,500 land plots; the owners of Far Eastern Hectares are eligible for state support, including Far Eastern and Arctic housing construction mortgage programs at two percent annual interest or grants for expanding tourist or agricultural projects.
