Khabarovsk Territory providing most state support for entrepreneurs in Far Eastern Federal District

Since early 2025, small and medium-sized businesses in Russia’s Far East attracted funding worth 50.8 billion rubles, and companies in the Khabarovsk Territory account for a record-breaking 12.8 billion rubles, according to the press service of the regional government.

Regions leading the way in terms of financial support volumes include the Primorye Territory (12.3 billion rubles), Yakutia (9.6 billion rubles), the Trans-Baikal Territory (4.2 billion rubles) and the Amur Region (2.8 billion rubles). The Amur Region, the Khabarovsk Territory and Yakutia posted the greatest increment (69, 55 and 51 percent, respectively).

“The share of Far Eastern investment projects in state support measures, stipulated by the National System of Guarantees, has increased from 27.7 to 37.7 percent. Local businesses actively launch and implement long-term initiatives using state financial support,” Alexander Isayevich, General Director of the Small and Medium Business Corporation, noted.

The science and technological sphere, infrastructure projects and the processing industry receive the bulk of additional funding.
