The Eastern Economic Forum-2025 will welcome 6,000 participants from 36 countries and territories, according to the press service of Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev.
“We are continuing preparations for the anniversary Eastern Economic Forum. The EEF drives the development of the Russian Far East, bringing in new investment projects to Far Eastern regions,” Yury Trutnev said at a meeting dedicated to preparations for the event.
The central theme of the EEF will be “The Far East: Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity.” As of today, its business program features over 90 sessions.
“The program will include business dialogues with entrepreneurs from China, India, Thailand, Myanmar, and ASEAN countries, with applications for these events still coming in. This indicates that our partners have a strong interest in an equitable and mutually beneficial dialogue that Russia is ready to offer to the international community,” Presidential Aide and Executive Secretary of the EEF Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov said.
