The 15th Arctic: Present and Future International Forum named after Artur Chilingarov will be held at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg on December 9 and 10, 2025.

The event will bring together delegates from the bodies of authority, the business community, media, research and educational establishments, as well as NGOs. Applications are accepted on the forum’s website.

The forum’s program is focused on the development strategy for Russia’s Artic until 2030. The exhibition will feature the projects of regions and companies aimed at unlocking the economic potential and enhancing the quality of life in the Arctic.
