Yakutia to get ₽5.8 billion for residential infrastructure
The funds will be used to build a street and road network plus utility lines and implement site improvements at the Lena Heights residential compound to be erected in Yakutsk, the local Government’s press service reports.
The region’s application for infrastructure bonds has been approved by the Presidium of the Government Commission on Regional Development.
“Upon implementation, the project will provide comfortable living conditions for about 7,300 families. As of now, there are 57 projects that use infrastructure bonds,” Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said.
As expected, the project will make it possible to commission 363,000 square meters of housing before 2035.
