The event is to be held on October 21−25 in Vladivostok on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University.The program includes themed discussions and round tables across four themes: international youth cooperation, the World Ocean and maritime civilizations, technologies and artificial intelligence, and creative industries. A cultural program is in place featuring tours of Vladivostok’s most famous sites. The event will conclude with the signing of a declaration outlining shared principles and strategic directions for the development of cooperation between states − members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Russia.Over 10,000 applications from all 11 ASEAN states and 74 Russian regions have been submitted. Attending the event will be 88 representatives from the ASEAN member states and 30 Russian representatives.
