The Kadalinsky Industry Park, covering an area of 6,200 square meters and featuring ready-to-use infrastructure, offers residents of the Territory of Advanced Development (TAD) Zabaikalye preferential rental rates, enabling them to quickly launch new production facilities. The park was announced by the press service of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).
The industrial park comprises three single-story production buildings and a two-story administrative and amenity building with a data center. The facilities are equipped with the necessary utilities and transportation infrastructure.
Agreements have already been signed with residents, who will implement projects to produce dietary supplements, sculptures and souvenirs, designer merchandise, food products and more.
“The main advantage of the new facilities for businesses is the preferential rental rate. At the same time, residents receive more than just ready-to-use buildings – the premises already have the necessary infrastructure in place: water and electricity have been connected to the site, and roads have been built. Additional advantages for investors include tax incentives and administrative benefits provided under the territory of advanced development’s regime,” Director of the FEDC Zabaikalye Dina Arkhipenko said.
