The Magadan Region secured second place, posting an average of 208,000 rubles. Completing the top three, the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area recorded 194,300 rubles.The top eight also included the Nenets Autonomous Area – 177,700 rubles; the Sakhalin Region – 163,800 rubles; the Kamchatka Territory – 163,600 rubles; the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – 159,700 rubles; and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – 155,800 rubles.For context, according to Rosstat, the average salary across Russia stood at 115,000 rubles at the end of June 2026.
