On September 17-19, it will be held in Tomsk, followed by Tikhvin on October 30 – November 1. On November 13-15, Salekhard will host the final leg of the event.The forum aims to preserve, develop and popularize the culture of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the Russian Federation.Participants can submit an application on the forum’s website.
