A Grand Prix will also be presented to a region with the greatest number of winning projects.“We find it important to assess the contribution to implementing various projects and the intellectual contribution of people who created concepts and small ideas that remain to be implemented,” the co-founder of the TSENTR (Center) Strategic Development Agency, Sergei Georgiyevsky, explained.

“Today, large-scale work is conducted within the framework of master plans for developing the Far East, and we can see that cities and other communities are changing very quickly,” Aisen Nikolayev said at a news conference showcasing the DALARKH 2026 awards ceremony.
He was supported by Executive Director for Social Development at the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, Gasan Gasanbalayev, who noted that over 200 facilities had already been built within the framework of master plans, and that 400 more were under construction.
“I believe that the we have accumulated a critical volume of projects, and we can submit them to the expert jury and all residents of our country for consideration,” Gasan Gasanbalayev stressed.
