To date, 16 remote populated areas in the Nenets Autonomous Area are fully supplied by energy resources for the coming heating season, its Governor’s press service reports. In particular, coal, firewood and fuel are being delivered as scheduled. All the contracts have been entered into in advance, which made it possible to save almost 360 million rubles.Currently, the Northern Supply Haul plan in the Nenets Autonomous Area has been fulfilled by 65.5 percent. In total, the following amounts of resources are scheduled to be delivered to its settlements in 2026: 19,800 tons of coal, 6,800 cubic meters of firewood, 838.7 tons of fuel briquettes, 10,400 tons of diesel fuel, as well as 127 tons of gasoline and technical oils.The Northern Supply Haul shall be completed no later than September 30.
