The event will take place in Salekhard, capital of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, on June 13-14.The festival is intended to popularize the cultures of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North and preserve traditional ethnic arts and crafts.The festival program includes a show of fashion collections created by local designers and native craftsmen.Visitors will see over 100 designer outfits of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North in three categories: A Collection of Summer Traditional Clothes; Modern Costume; and Stage Costume.Those wishing to take part in the festival can leave an application on the official Yamal Culture website before May 10.
