As usual, Moscow will host event in Yauza Park on May 23.The dictation is part of the Young Polar Explorer regional history project and aims to make the Arctic Zone more popular among Moscow’s school students.The winners will tour key cities linked with the history of the Russian North, and, for the first time, they will be able to visit shipyards where icebreakers are being built.
