Training in UAV technologies, fish production and oil extracting will be available to the college students since 2026 academic year.During her working visit to the college in Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Territory Minister of Education Tatyana Gridasova said that cooperation with the leading enterprises in the oil and gas sector has already made it possible to start skilled personnel training such as machinists, oil and gas well operators, welders, electricians, and fitters.Currently, 585 students study at the college under 30 secondary vocational education programs. The programs cover key sectors in the Arctic: oil and gas industry, traditional environmental management, sea port servicing, social sector and digital technologies. Professions include veterinary, pedagogy of additional and pre-school education, system administration and reindeer breeding. Students with disabilities have access to adapted programs, such as plastering and painting, as well as cooking.The educational program Teacher of Native Language and Literature is of special interest. The program implies studying five languages of the indigenous peoples of the North – Nenets, Enets, Evenki, Dolgan and Nganasan – with the possibility of teaching later in Arctic schools.

“Sixty percent of the students are representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North. Almost all college graduates get employed in their profession because they have practice training at the stage of education,” she noted.
