The Arkhangelsk-based Laverov Research Center for Integrated Arctic Research of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences will host the conference on April 23-24 of this year.The event will be attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, Arctic shipbuilding leaders, and leading scientists, who will discuss how to achieve technological sovereignty in a forbidding Arctic environment.Its agenda is divided into two parts. On April 23, the experts will focus on implementing the state shipbuilding and fleet renovation policy.
