As of today, 268 persons, including 98 former participants in the special military operation and 83 in-demand professionals, have received keys to their new apartments. Of these, 70 tenants are under 35 years of age, Press Service of the Kamchatka Territory’s Government reports.“Launched on instructions from the President of Russia, the rental accommodation program is being implemented jointly with DOM.RF. It is a key and most large-scale improved housing program. We see a positive response and therefore are working to increase the number of apartments that we can lease under the program,” Kamchatka Governor Vladimir Solodov told a meeting of the regional construction headquarters.The Affordable Rental Accommodation in the Far Eastern Federal Districtprogram gives incentives to the construction industry and enables locals to rent quality housing at affordable prices. In all, Kamchatka will put into service 883 apartments in new builds before the end of 2027.
