Large families and heroes of the special military operation received over 300 land parcels,” Parfenchikov said.“Private housing construction should be a priority. It not only increases the urban development potential, but also improves the quality of housing and promotes the birth rate. And it is our key demographic objective,” underscored head of the republic.
