Ninety-seven participants from 21 regions are now studying at the Senezh management workshop, part of the presidential platform Russia – Land of Opportunity, and they will formulate projects addressing high-priority objectives in the Arctic and the Far East, as per the press service of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic.“Our objective is to create an educational environment that immediately forms a career trajectory and involves young people in the development of any specific territory. Each year, participants in the Female Leader: The North and the Far East program formulate and implement projects, based on real Northern and Far Eastern challenges and evaluated by the program’s experts,” Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, Elvira Nurgaliyeva, noted.Project initiatives, formulated by the participants, should conform to the macro-region’s development priorities and should serve as local solutions for its socio-economic spheres.Following graduation, the projects will be implemented in the regions and will serve as working tools for regional development.
