Twelve pieces of heavy-duty equipment, including ten modern X-ray machines, a mammograph and a CAT system, will be purchased under the Long and Active Life national project, as per the press service of the Arkhangelsk regional government.This medical equipment will be delivered to hospitals in Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Novodvinsk, Kotlas, Koryazhma and Mirny, as well as those in the Plesetsky, Shenkursky and Vilegodsky municipal districts.“Doctors will use the new equipment for examining patients quicker and more effectively, and they will diagnose cardiovascular and oncological diseases at the earliest stages. The main goal is to allow every resident of the Arkhangelsk Region to access high-quality diagnostic methods,” the region’s Governor Alexander Tsibulsky noted.
