The 5th International Youth Scientific and Practical Conference Arctic Research: From Extensive to Inegrated Development
The Center for Collective Work – Northern (Arctic) Federal University Boiling Point in Arkhangelsk will host the event on April 15-17.
Attending the conference will be over 150 young scientists, postgraduate and undergraduate students from Russian regions, as well as citizens of China, Zambia, Nigeria and Chile studying at Russian universities.
The event program includes five main workshops:
  • Modern Information and Digital Technologies in the Arctic;
  • Medical-Biological and Healthcare Issues in the Arctic;
  • Arctic Ecosystems and the Natural Resources Potential of the Arctic;
  • Industrial Development of the Arctic;
  • Socio-Cultural and Economic Development of the Arctic.
The guests will also visit themed exhibitions dealing with IT issues and the organization of hi-tech production facilities in the Arctic.
