Cinema Fund grant contest to support films about the Far East
Contest applications are accepted from April 13 to May 27, inclusive. One project may vie for a grant amounting up to 100 million rubles. Motion-picture companies from all over Russia may take part in the contest.
Key selection criterions include:

participation of specialists from the Far Eastern Federal District making up not less than 30 percent of film crewmembers,—
coverage of the region’s specifics for at least 20 percent of screen time,—
allocation of not less than 30 percent of the budget to companies registered at the Far Eastern Federal District.
