The new multifunctional site for manufacturing, logistics, and processing companies will cover at least 12 hectares, including approximately 20,000 square meters of production space and 25,000 square meters of warehouse infrastructure, as well as an administrative and business center, the regional government’s press service reported.The site will accommodate at least ten residents, providing them with ready-made infrastructure, including utilities and service support. A pool of potential residents has already been formed, comprising 11 companies. These companies plan to pursue projects in shipbuilding and ship repair, metal and stone processing, construction materials production, and additive manufacturing.“This is an excellent opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to grow, create new jobs, and increase tax revenues. We will provide these companies with all the necessary infrastructure,” said Murmansk Region Governor Andrei Chibis.First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov supported the idea of creating the industrial park during a working meeting with the regional governor. Land and property development is currently underway, and work is also in progress to bring the site within the boundaries of the Capital of the Arctic advanced development area.
