Ahead of the wildfire season, equipment worth over 50 million rubles will be delivered to new divisions in Usinsk and Inta, as per the press service of the Government of the Komi Republic.Firefighters have received Okhotnik (Hunter) hovercraft and SOLAR water-jet speedboats. The latter are fitted with custom-made trailers. The vessels will operate on bodies of water and in marshlands.The vehicle fleet has received GAZ Sadko Next four-wheel-drive SUVs, cargo-passenger UAZ minibuses and Gazel Next minivans for carrying personnel between districts.Maneuverable Stels all-terrain snow and swamp buggies have been purchased for reconnaissance and coordination missions in direct proximity to wildfires.
