A new financial support measure is stipulated for developing the northern reindeer-breeding sector. Private reindeer-breeders are eligible for 1,400 rubles per every reindeer. These support measure was introduced following a weekly meeting of the Yugra government, as per the press service of the regional government.Moreover, members of indigenous small-numbered peoples shall be reimbursed for weapons handling expenses and for learning how to operate Category A motor vehicles and small vessels; they shall also get a refund for traveling to training centers and back.Under these amendments, students from among indigenous small-numbered peoples can be reimbursed for traveling from education institutions to their places of residence not only during vacations but during other holidays after providing the required travel documents.

A new financial support measure is stipulated for developing the northern reindeer-breeding sector. Private reindeer-breeders are eligible for 1,400 rubles per every reindeer. These support measure was introduced following a weekly meeting of the Yugra government, as per the press service of the regional government.
Moreover, members of indigenous small-numbered peoples shall be reimbursed for weapons handling expenses and for learning how to operate Category A motor vehicles and small vessels; they shall also get a refund for traveling to training centers and back.
“According to amendments, refunds of up to 15,000 rubles are stipulated for attending weapons-handling courses; those learning how to operate Category A motor vehicles shall be reimbursed for up to 30,000 rubles and to operate small vessels shall be reimbursed also for up to 30,000 rubles,” the press service report notes.
Under these amendments, students from among indigenous small-numbered peoples can be reimbursed for traveling from education institutions to their places of residence not only during vacations but during other holidays after providing the required travel documents.
