This year, schoolchildren will be able to relax on the Black Sea coast during six sessions at federal expense, as per the press service of the regional government.“In 2026, over 1,600 Grade 5, 6, 7 and 8 school students living in Arctic areas of the Arkhangelsk Region will be able to relax and obtain new impressions.” Arkhangelsk Region Governor Alexander Tsibulsky said in his social media posts.It is possible to submit applications on or before April 20. A complete list of documents is posted on the website of the regional social security center.
