The ministry approved mandatory resolutions, the Russian Ministry of Justice registered the relevant order on March 23, 2026, and the document shall enter into force ten days after its publication.The document contains additional provisions regarding the port’s technical specifications, including its ship-handling and berth capacities. Its new version will remain in force until March 1, 2028.Vostochny seaport is located in the southeastern section of Nakhodka Bay. Its territory includes Wrangel and Kozmin harbors, the mouth of the Khmylovka River and Lake Vtoroye. The seaport operates 24 hours a day and has a permanent multilateral checkpoint on the border of the Russian Federation.
