They include priority development territories, the regime of the Vladivostok free port, the Arctic Zone which is the largest preferential regime in the world and special terms for the Kuril Islands.

Deputy Director of the Investment Department at the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation Nikolai Matsarsky, addressed the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Far East and the Arctic: Sustainable Development” and discussed the attraction of investment and the main principles for assisting investors.
“The corporation prioritizes the one-stop-shop principle for investors who know nothing about the Far East and the Arctic Zone; we tell them all about these regions. We also help them quicky and easily launch operations there without any problems,” Nikolai Matsarsky said.
