Deputy Director of the Investment Department at the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation Nikolai Matsarsky, addressed the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Far East and the Arctic: Sustainable Development” and discussed the attraction of investment and the main principles for assisting investors.
“The corporation prioritizes the one-stop-shop principle for investors who know nothing about the Far East and the Arctic Zone; we tell them all about these regions. We also help them quicky and easily launch operations there without any problems,” Nikolai Matsarsky said.
