It is now possible to use the Gosuslugi (Public Services) web portal to draw up a construction plan while taking into account whether a land plot is available or not and what its status is. Users can also obtain information about the required documents, the Construction Ministry of the Primorye Territory reported.
“The service allows users to choose from more than 700 standard residential house designs, calculate the minimum construction cost for each option, and select a reliable developer who meets the necessary requirements,” the ministry’s representative added.
To access the Digital Construction section, users simply need to click on the banner titled House Construction Services.
Residents of the Primorye Territory can use an escrow bank account for building a house with maternity capital or a mortgage loan, including those provided on preferential terms. In this process, contractors will either invest their own funds in the construction of the house or take out a loan to finance it.
