Reindeer-breeding farms in the Krasnoyarsk Territory can obtain almost 100 million rubles

Regional authorities have started receiving applications for subsidies to swell the reindeer population, as per the press service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory’s Agency for the Development of Northern Territories and Supporting Indigenous Small –Numbered Peoples.
In 2026, the regional budget stipulates about 97.5 million rubles for accomplishing a purpose under a state program to preserve the traditional lifestyle of indigenous small-numbered Northern peoples.
Agricultural producers, farms and self-employed businesspersons breeding domesticated reindeer can obtain this support. Subsidies will make it possible to partially refund wage expenses, tax payments, fuel purchases, those of materials and technical resources and other expenses.
The final deadline for submitting applications is March 20.
