Low-rise housing construction will begin in the central regions of Kamchatka. This directive was announced by the region’s Governor Vladimir Solodov during his annual address to the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing Policy.According to him, this measure will help meet the housing needs of the people, particularly those residents who plan to relocate from urban areas or move to other regions.Mr. Solodov added that achieving this objective would require a comprehensive approach. The first concrete step has already been identified: the allocation of the first land plot for integrated low-rise development in the region is planned by the end of 2025.
