As per the directive of the Murmansk Region Governor Andrei Chibis the minimal gross wage of the young teachers will be increased to at least 65,000 rubles since January 1, 2026, according to the regional government press service.“It is important for our teachers to have some extra guarantees and motivation,” underscored Andrei Chibis.He added that now young specialists fresh from the university already receive 100,000 rubles after the first year of work.
