Training will be offered in 14 in-demand specialties at three educational institutions: the Norilsk College of Industrial Technology and Service, the Polytechnic College of the Polar State University, and Taimyr College. Student enrolment is scheduled for 2026.“Our students will be able to complete their practical training on modern equipment, the same as that used at their employers’ facilities. We will also conduct some classes directly on-site,” Yury Pokhabov, Director of the Norilsk College of Industrial Technology and Service, said.The agreement to create the cluster was signed in May 2025. A further cluster is planned for Taimyr as part of the regional Professionalitet for All project, which will train specialists for the mining industry.
