The Primorye Territory, the Sakhalin Region and the Republic of Khakassia are among the rating leaders according to head of the State Council commission on tourism Oleg Kozhemyako. The regions have shown a balanced development by most criterions, the Primorye Territory Government press service reports.The commission has also evaluated the efforts of the regions to reduce the shortage of specialists in tourism. The Republic of Khakassia was second and the Chukotka Autonomous Area also placed high on the rating list.The Primorye and the Khabarovsk territories were rated high in the category of Transport in the Tourist Industry.The Republic of Altai, the Primorye Territory and the Sakhalin Region have managed to gain the maximum number of points in the field of Technologies and Tourism.The Primorye Territory was also a leader in terms of the investments amount and efficiency.
