According to the Government press service, five regions in the Arctic and three in the Far East joined the program of resettlement from dilapidated housing under the Infrastructure for Life national project.Overall, the Arctic regions will receive 3.6 billion and the Far Eastern regions 1.46 billion rubles.Allocation of 1 billion rubles has been approved for the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, the Arkhangelsk Region will get 2.1 billion rubles, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug – 440.1 million rubles, the Chukotka Autonomous Area – 39.2 million rubles, and the Altai Republic – 47.3 million rubles.The Transbaikal Territory will get 1 billion rubles, the Republic of Buryatia – 372.4 million rubles and the Magadan Region – 92.8 million rubles.“The program of dilapidated housing resettlement is to deliver cities from the residential buildings unfit for further operation, provide their residents with comfortable housing and speed up the development of built-up areas,” noted Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Territorial Development Fund Marat Khusnullin.
