The first National Cultural Forum of Small-Numbered Indigenous Peoples will be attended by culture and arts specialists, folk groups, and representatives of public organizations, reads the forum’s press release.The forum will begin in Anadyr on September 26-28, continue in Krasnoyarsk on October 4-6 and Petrozavodsk on October 19-21, and end in Tyumen on November 20-22.“We will meet in the regions where small indigenous peoples live. Next year, we will hold the forum in other cities where they live. The first National Cultural Forum of Small-Numbered Indigenous Peoples will be attended by culture and arts specialists, folk groups, and representatives of public organizations, reads the forum’s press release.
