A new fuel and energy educational and production cluster was opened in Krasnoyarsk to train specialists for the region’s oil and gas sector, including projects in the Taimyr fields.The cluster began operating as part of the Professionalitet federal project at the Krasnoyarsk Technical School of Welding Technologies and Energy, with 15 up-to-date workshops and laboratories established to develop advanced professional competencies. This year, 275 students commenced studies under the updated training programs.The fuel and energy cluster also brings together four other vocational education institutions in the region: the polytechnic and technological colleges in Kansk, the Krasnoyarsk Assembly College, and the Taimyr College in Dudinka.In addition, in September 2025, the educational and production cluster of the Krasnoyarsk Technical School of Transport and Service began training heavy machinery operators capable of working in the conditions of the Far North. A total of 350 students will acquire practical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair, equipment operation in extreme environments, and warehouse logistics.
