A new collection of works by Evenk writer Nikolai Oyogir has been unveiled in the town of Tura, according to the official website of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The book contains riddles, omens, signs and harbingers, as well as advice dealing with natural and weather phenomena.“We have published a beautiful hardcover book which is lavishly illustrated by a local artist in line with the author’s concepts. Copies of the book will be donated to local libraries,” project author Irena Vaishnoraite said.In all, 250 copies of this book have come off the press. The presentation marks the 95th anniversary of establishing the Evenk District and the writer’s 100th birthday anniversary.
