Arkhangelsk Region offers extra compensation for child camp vouchers
Parents sending their children to camps in the Arkhangelsk Region will get ten percent more per voucher, as well as eight percent if their children relax elsewhere outside the region, according to the press service of the regional government.
“The 2026 regional budget stipulates almost 160 million rubles for children’s leisure projects. This funding reduces the financial burden on families and allows more children to spend holidays at safe camps and to improve their health,” Arkhangelsk Region Governor Alexander Tsibulsky noted.
This financial support is provided to children aged between 6.5 and 17 years living in the Arkhangelsk Region, and its volume depends on specific family categories.
Privileged categories include children facing problems in life and children of service personnel involved in the special military operation. Since early 2026, children from large families are eligible for more expensive certificates.
Privileged families will get 1,553-ruble daily refunds for children relaxing at permanent camps in the Arkhangelsk Region; and all other families will be eligible for 1,085-ruble daily refunds.
More expensive certificates are also stipulated for children relaxing at camps in the Extreme North. Privileged families will get 1,638-ruble daily refunds for children staying at permanent camps, as well as 1,617 rubles for those relaxing at tent camps. All other families will be eligible for 1,178 and 1,122 rubles per day.
Those sending their children to camps outside the region will obtain daily refunds worth 793 to 1,320 rubles, depending on family categories.
