Over 4,000 professionals find employment in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory
Employment centers have filled the employers’ needs for drivers, engine operators, engineers, welders and fitters last year. Today, northern enterprises have opened vacancies for another 3,000 workers and employees, reads a press release of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Government
There are vacancies at mining, production, construction and transport companies. The employment agency’s project focused on finding personnel for priority sectors will be used to fill these vacancies.
“The search for candidates for our industrial giants is underway across the territory, but local residents will have priority. Each candidate is scrutinized individually. If necessary, they are offered training courses to upgrade their skills. Career consultants help candidates throughout the entire employment process, from writing resumes to starting work,” head of the regional employment agency Viktor Novikov noted.
According to the release, a special pavilion will be organized for the indigenous minority peoples of the North at the Jobs of Russia: The Time of Opportunities national employment fair in Dudinka. Interviews will be held in the traditional nomad dwellings at the Taimyr House of Folk Arts.
