President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed the Government to include in the national projects, that are currently implemented, sections that envisage measures for developing the Russian Arctic zone, while drafting the federal budget for 2026 and the 2027-2028 planning period.

A list of instructions following the Russian President’s working trip to the Murmansk Region on March 27, 2025 is posted on the Kremlin website.

While drafting the federal budget for 2026 and the 2027-2028 planning period, the Government of the Russian Federation shall include in the national projects, that are currently being implemented, sections that envisage measures for developing the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, the instructions read.
