The main feature of all Arctic animal species is their unique ability to survive in conditions that rank among the Earth's harshest.

Eleven regions, including the republics of Buryatia, Karelia and Komi, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, the Trans-Baikal and Krasnoyarsk territories, as well as the Arkhangelsk Region, will obtain subventions worth 3 billion rubles, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin told participants in a Government meeting.
