The Our Territory teaching aid for Grade 8 students consisting of three textbooks on geography, literature and history was compiled by local educators, historians and museum workers, according to the press service of the Nenets Autonomous Area Governor.

“After accepting and registering the books, we will deliver them to local schools. There are now plans to write history textbooks for Grade 5-7 students, so that children would be able to appreciate the unique and inimitable nature of the Nenets Autonomous Area,” regional governor Irina Gekht noted.

The teaching aids with a print run of 3,000 copies were financed from the regional budget.
