Development of the Arctic and Far Eastern regions is now on the list of the priority subjects for pictures eligible to financial support in 2026. Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova signed the relevant order.

The list also includes such topics as culture and historical education, scientific achievements, Russia’s foreign policy victories, family values, school and university as important stages of the social adaptation, self-fulfillment of people with disabilities and screen adaptations of Russian classical literature and folklore.
