Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to build over 120,000 square meters of housing until 2028

Privileges and preferences, stipulated for the Kamchatka priority development territory, make it possible to build housing and social facilities with the required infrastructure in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, as per the press service of the Ministry for the Development of the Far East and Arctic.

The planned Severny (Northern) district calls for the stage-by-stage construction of over 120,000 square meters of housing by the end of the first quarter of 2028 and also stipulates the territory’s subsequent comprehensive development. There are also plans to build a kindergarten for 280 children and a school accommodating 1,020 students there.

The first two residential buildings with 461 apartments and 23,687 square meters of floorspace are to open for occupancy in the second quarter of 2026. Four other buildings are to be completed in the second quarter of 2027, with 42,735 square meters of floorspace and 746 apartments. The developer hopes to obtain a permit for building the project’s third stage before the year is out.

The entire project stipulates construction of 2,010 apartments for 4,906 tenants.
