Primorye Territory placed third among regions by economic attractiveness
The region has achieved such a high rating thanks to its indexes of business activity growth and gross personal income growth. In the first category Primorye scored 95 out of 100 points and in the second one – 84, according to the Territorial Ministry of Economic Development.
The region’s Minister of Economic Development Andrei Blokhin stressed that the growth of investments in Primorye considerably exceeded the average Russian and district indicators. Primorye Territory is expected to reach the gross regional product worth more than 2.3 trillion rubles in 2025.
“Our growth is based on a significant increase of investments and the gross regional product. The inflow of investments in the territory’s capital assets over the recent five years has gone up by more than 240 billion rubles, and in the nine months of 2025 alone the territory attracted almost 300 billion rubles,” he added.
