These compensation payments will allow members of small indigenous ethnic groups to recoup expenses for cadaster works, drawing up documents and registering property rights for land plots and homes of reindeer breeders and game hunters, as per the Agency for the Development of Northern Territories and Supporting Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

This support measure is intended for members of small indigenous ethnic groups who have received housing construction subsidies and have finished building their homes. Large families will be eligible for this funding on a priority basis.

Applications for reimbursing expenses should be submitted until April 1, 2026.

This year’s territorial budget stipulates over 200 million rubles to build housing for representatives of small indigenous ethnic groups.
